At AmitDev Marketplace (amitdev.com), we strive to ensure the quality of our digital products. However, due to the nature of digital goods (intangible assets/downloadable software), we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness to both buyers and our developers.

1. Cancellation Policy

Since our products are digital software scripts and source codes that are downloadable immediately upon purchase, cancellation is not possible once the order is processed and the download link is generated in your dashboard.

• Orders can only be cancelled if the download link has not yet been generated due to a technical server error.
• For service-based orders (like installation support), cancellation can be requested within 2 hours of order placement, provided our team has not started working on it.

2. Refund Policy

Generally, all sales are final. We DO NOT offer refunds for "change of mind", "hosting incompatibility", or "lack of technical skills".

Exception: We offer a full refund or replacement ONLY if:

• The downloaded file is technically corrupt or broken.
• The file is missing core files and our support team is unable to fix it.
• The product description was significantly misleading.

3. Reporting Timeline

To be eligible for a refund under the exceptions above, you must report the issue within 24 Hours of purchase. Requests made after this window will be automatically rejected as the product is considered "consumed".

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved by our administration:

• The refund will be initiated within 2 business days.
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
