1. Eligibility & Consent

By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product (Source Code, Script, or Template) from AmitDev, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for your use.

• ✅ You CAN modify the code for personal projects or client work.
• ❌ You CANNOT resell, redistribute, or share the source code "as-is" on other marketplaces or forums.
• ⚠️ Violation: Unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

3. Payments & Transactions

All prices are listed in INR/USD. We use secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe) to process transactions.

Security Note: AmitDev does NOT store your credit/debit card details. All payments undertaken by you are at your own risk and volition.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable software/scripts), all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where the file is technically corrupt or undeliverable, provided it is reported within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services and products are provided "as is". AmitDev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or business interruptions.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. AmitDev and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
